Ad Hoc wins place on the HHS Software Integration and Frontend Technology BPA

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Grants (OG) has named Ad Hoc one of six awardees on their Software Integration and Frontend Technology (SWIFT) multiple-award blanket purchase agreement (BPA). We are incredibly pleased to be selected for this BPA, as it will allow us to continue supporting HHS in delivering excellent customer experiences and high-quality digital products to the people who interact with the Office of Grants and their systems.

The HHS OG delivers a broad range of digital services related to federal grantmaking. This includes writing and publishing grant opportunities, hosting grant opportunities for search and discovery, and receiving, processing, and reviewing grant applications.

At HHS, we currently support numerous divisions including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Administration for Children and Families, and the National Institute of Health. Our best practices in human-centered design, product management, program management, and agile development continuously help them design and build services that support their users’ needs and develop sustainable, scalable programs.

Through this 5-year, $100 million contract vehicle, Ad Hoc will have the opportunity to use our technical expertise to help them reimagine a new experience for their users and mature their thinking around the technology that supports their critical work.

“Being an important part of grants management and distribution allows Ad Hoc the opportunity to infuse our best practices in human-centered design and agile product development to serve the government and grantees in improving the overall federal grant experience. I’m thrilled for our team to be a part of this important work that has such a valuable impact on our society,” said Anastasia Ahumada, Senior Account Director at Ad Hoc.

We’re honored to continue our work with HHS and look forward to the opportunity to help them streamline and modernize their systems.
