Zoe Panagopoulos
Zoe’s first interaction with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services was applying for Medicaid at age 19. She now serves as a Product Manager and the Business Analyst for the application for coverage on healthcare.gov. Zoe works closely with subject matter experts at CMS to translate policy changes into technical stories and requirements which deliver critical digital services to millions of people. She shares a passion for CMS’s mission to help people obtain and maintain health coverage throughout their lives.
