The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services won for their work on the Beneficiary Claims Data API and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace Cloud Migration, while the Department of Veterans Affairs won for Lighthouse, their API program.

HealthCare.gov has a service called Find Local Help that allows people to search for one-on-one help. This vital search had problems sustaining more than a small set of searches at a time.
