Bill has more than 15 years of stellar leadership expertise partnering with teams on human-centered design, business strategy, human capital, change management, and process transformation. His ability to see the big picture inspires his teams to seek out new ways of developing large-scale solutions that prioritize the customer’s needs. Prior to joining Ad Hoc, Bill served as CEO of Big Sky Associates, Inc and was co-founder and president of Growth Matters LLC.
