Ad Hoc named a USA Today 2024 Top Workplace
This is the first year that USA Today has participated in the Top Workplaces program, so we feel especially proud to be included in their inaugural list of honorees.
Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations across the country with 150 or more employees who have built outstanding cultures. Out of more than 42,000 invited organizations, Ad Hoc stood out for its exemplary work environment, an honor that’s even more significant because it’s based solely on feedback that our team members provided through a rigorous engagement survey.
“We knew from day one of starting this company that before we could create lasting impacts for our customers, we had to create the kind of environment where people felt safe to take chances, make mistakes, and then use those experiences to develop solutions that would create positive change in public services,” said co-founder and CEO Greg Gershman. “This award is a continued affirmation that the culture we’ve created, especially as a remote-first company, is working, and I’m incredibly proud that we’ve been able to sustain that for the people who’ve chosen to make Ad Hoc part of their career.”
We also received a Top Workplaces recognition from the Washington Post last year, and we’re humbled and honored to once again be recognized. If you’re interested in joining the team, check out our open positions.
