Ad Hoc achieves three ISO certifications

Ad Hoc is proud to announce that we’re now certified for three internationally recognized standards in quality management, information technology service management, and information security management.

Ad Hoc’s decision to work towards being certified demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with high-quality, consistent products and services and our ongoing investment in growth, reliability, innovation, and continuous process improvement.

Ad Hoc has achieved certifications meeting the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
  • ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 IT Service Management System (ITSM)
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Achieving these standards means that Ad Hoc’s processes were independently verified to be best in class, though getting these certifications isn’t just about having a piece of paper or a designation. It’s about improving our ability to provide quality products and services to our customers in the most efficient manner possible.

Certification also gives us a competitive advantage. With these certifications, we can provide assurance to our customers that we’re taking the right steps to create the structure needed to deliver quality, reliability, and consistency, opening the doors to more opportunities. Potential customers recognize the rigor and discipline required to achieve and maintain certifications, and will become more confident in our ability to meet their needs.

Using this collection of ISO standards, we’ve developed and implemented a robust integrated management system (IMS), eliminating redundancies and consolidating systems, that has enabled us to improve our overall performance and maintain a high level of quality in everything we do.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard ensures that we meet the needs of our customers through a set of guiding principles for organizational structure, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement quality control. The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 supports the IT infrastructure services for how Ad Hoc provides IT services to employees while the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard ensures that we manage our information security and identify risks to the security of our information.

This isn’t the end of our certification journey; it’s just the start. We now have a commitment for a process-driven approach that keeps improving quality.
